Description
The report investigates the impact of shifting to clean cookstoves and dynamics with gender and livelihoods in Odisha state in Eastern India. Chapter 4 highlights the time-saving aspects of switching to cleaner cookstoves relative to the traditional cooking technologies that require the collection of (biomass) fuels and a longer time for cooking. The latter also impacts indoor air pollution and health.
