Description
The Clean Air Catalyst and Internews organized a workshop in Nairobi to train 30 journalists on reporting air pollution, with a focus on understanding and communicating its sources and impacts. Participants, including over half women, learned about air quality data, pollutant sources, and the health effects on disadvantaged communities. The workshop featured field trips, expert talks, and practical exercises to help journalists generate impactful, gender-sensitive stories on air pollution in Nairobi.
